The Cofradia Oscuro takes the same Central American core as the original Cofradia and flips the construction. Where the Cofradia wraps in Ecuadorian Sumatra and binds in Connecticut Broadleaf, the Oscuro reverses them: a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder, with a filler blend drawing from Nicaragua, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic. The three-country filler adds breadth the original's two-country blend doesn't have. Released in 2024, also made at HATSA in Danlí, Honduras. Medium to medium-full in body. Handmade in Honduras.
