Gran Reserva Cuban Corona Natural

The Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva is the foundational line of the family brand, built on four generations of accumulated knowledge about Dominican tobacco and how to age and roll it. The Cuban Corona is a classic long corona at 5.75 x 44, a proportion with deep roots in Havana tradition and one that reflects the Fuente family's own Cuban heritage. Founder Arturo Fuente emigrated from Cuba to Tampa in the early twentieth century and brought those blending sensibilities with him to the Dominican Republic. The blend is aged Dominican binder and filler under an African Cameroon wrapper, the same construction that runs through the Gran Reserva line. Each cigar is aged in Spanish cedar vaults before release. The longer, narrower proportions of the Cuban Corona allow the Cameroon wrapper to express itself gradually across a cooler, more measured burn than the shorter vitolas in the line.
