Most cigar blends put Sumatra tobacco only on the wrapper. Litto Gomez built the Colorado Oscuro around Sumatra leaf on both the wrapper and the binder, an unusual choice that gives the blend a distinctive floral character most full bodied cigars don't have room for. It is released only a couple times a year in limited batches, using whatever selected tobacco is available at the time. The wrapper is an oily Ecuadorian Sumatra Ligero leaf over a Dominican Sumatra binder, with long-leaf filler from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. Full in body. Made at Tabacalera La Flor in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
