El Rey del Mundo has Honduran roots in the non-Cuban version, and the Appointment leans into that history by sourcing its wrapper from the Eiroa family farms in the Jamastran Valley, the same family behind the limited King of the World release the year prior. The Cameroon seed wrapper is grown in Honduras rather than West Africa, which gives it a character shaped by Honduran volcanic soil while retaining the familiar toothy texture and natural sweetness the varietal is known for.
The wrapper is Eiroa-grown Honduran Cameroon seed over a Connecticut Broadleaf binder, with filler from Ecuador and Nicaragua. Three sizes, 20-count boxes. Medium in body. Made at the HATSA factory in Danlí, Honduras.

Eiroa The First 20 Years Maduro marks a milestone in Christian Eiroa’s career, celebrating two decades of his work in premium cigar making. The line honors both his family’s long history in Honduras and his personal evolution as a blender. Built entirely from Honduran tobaccos grown on the Eiroa family’s farms, it reflects the pride of a brand that continues to champion authentic Corojo cultivation and the craftsmanship that has defined the Eiroa name for generations.
The Maduro version uses a dark, well-fermented Honduran wrapper that deepens the blend’s natural sweetness and adds a layer of richness without overwhelming the palate. Construction is tight, the draw is deliberate, and the flavor progression showcases the complexity of properly aged Corojo leaf. Eiroa The First 20 Years Maduro stands as both a personal statement from its creator and a benchmark for what modern Honduran cigars can achieve when tradition and precision meet.
