El Rey del Mundo has Honduran roots in the non-Cuban version, and the Appointment leans into that history by sourcing its wrapper from the Eiroa family farms in the Jamastran Valley, the same family behind the limited King of the World release the year prior. The Cameroon seed wrapper is grown in Honduras rather than West Africa, which gives it a character shaped by Honduran volcanic soil while retaining the familiar toothy texture and natural sweetness the varietal is known for. The wrapper is Eiroa-grown Honduran Cameroon seed over a Connecticut Broadleaf binder, with filler from Ecuador and Nicaragua. Three sizes, 20-count boxes. Medium in body. Made at the HATSA factory in Danlí, Honduras.
