Christian Eiroa built his reputation on full-bodied Honduran tobacco, and the CLE Connecticut is a deliberate departure from that pattern. The core is aged Honduran long-leaf filler with a Honduran binder, finished in an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper. The result is mild to medium in body but carries enough complexity to stand apart from the typical Connecticut offering. Rated 91 by Cigar Aficionado. Made at the El Aladino factory in Danlí, Honduras.
