Rolled at JC Newman’s PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, Sarzedas bridges the company’s Tampa roots with the craftsmanship of its contemporary Nicaraguan operation. The blend was designed as a flavorful, balanced cigar rather than a niche project. Created by Rich Dolak, JC Newman’s longtime operations vice president, it uses an Ecuadorian Shade wrapper over Dominican and Nicaraguan binder and filler. The result is a smooth, aromatic cigar that honors the brand’s origins while offering the refinement and consistency expected from JC Newman today.
