El Titan de Bronze has operated out of Little Havana in Miami since 1995, hand rolling every cigar at their factory on Calle Ocho using Cuban-trained level 9 rollers and traditional entubado construction. The Nicaragua line, which began shipping in March 2026, is the first cigar in the company's thirty-year history to be produced outside the United States, a deliberate step toward broader distribution without dismantling the boutique identity the Miami factory is built on. The blend uses a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over a Mexican binder and all-Nicaraguan filler, produced at the NACSA factory in Estelí. Four sizes, 20-count boxes. Medium to full in body. Made at Nicaraguan American Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.
