The Hemingway series has been in continuous production since Carlos Fuente Sr. introduced it in 1983, built around the Cuban perfecto shapes his father Arturo worked with in the early days of the family business. The Signature is a Grand Corona perfecto at 6 x 46, one of the most balanced proportions in the lineup, wide enough to develop a full expression of the blend across a comfortable hour or more without demanding the time commitment of the Classic. The Maduro variant dresses the aged Dominican binder and filler in a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper in place of the traditional Cameroon, contributing additional body and depth. Released in limited quantities seasonally alongside the other Hemingway Maduro sizes. Handmade in the Dominican Republic.
